Tasha Starkey is a passionate and Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Dance2Fit Instructor, Certified Nutritionist, and the owner of Fun Fitness with Tasha.

She uses a combination of strength and HIIT training of all styles and techniques that are suitable for everyone! Her knowledge, support and personality makes her methods challenging, but rewarding. She is dedicated to helping each and every person achieve their desired results, all while having lots of fun! Health, fitness and helping people are her passions.
